All Eligible Customers (see section 2 below) will receive from Woolworths Group Limited (Woolworths) (the Everyday Rewards Offer) a specific number of Everyday Rewards points (Everyday Rewards points) (see the table below for details), loaded to their Everyday Rewards account in the third month after taking out an Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy (see section 3 below). The number of Everyday Rewards points you are entitled to is dependent on the value of your first year’s premiums for the Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy you hold 60 days after joining (including any applicable Age Based Discount, Lifetime Health Cover loading or Australian government rebates) (First Year Premium). The amount of Everyday Rewards points offered under this promotion is subject to change, at the discretion of Woolworths. Changes to Everyday Rewards points offered will be published online.

You are an Eligible Customer if you:
a) have not held domestic Bupa health insurance in the last 60 days prior to join date;
b) are an Australian resident;
c) take out an Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy (see section 3 below) between 3 April 2025 and 30 June 2025;
d) maintain that cover and pay 60 days of premiums on the policy (60 days does not include any free cover periods);
e) pay your premiums by direct debit;
f) provide one registered Everyday Rewards card number to Bupa on sign up or link your Bupa and Everyday Rewards accounts within 30 days of joining. Only one registered Everyday Rewards card can be linked per Bupa policy. Note: the surname for your Everyday Rewards account must match your surname or that of another member within your Bupa policy;
g) The number of Everyday Rewards points you can collect is dependent on the value of your first year’s premiums for the Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy you hold after joining and paying 60 days of premiums on the policy by direct debit (60 days does not include any free cover periods ) (first year’s premiums includes any applicable Age Based Discount, Lifetime Health Cover loading or Australian Government rebates);
h) If joining online, provide the promotion code “REWARDSDOLLARS” on sign up;
i) provide a valid email address upon joining Bupa.
An Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy is a standalone domestic Hospital or combined domestic Hospital and Extras product or packaged product issued by Bupa.
a) Yearly limits, waiting periods, benefit claiming restrictions, fund and policy rules apply.
b) The Everyday Rewards Offer is not available with any other promotional join offer.
c) The Everyday Rewards Offer is not available if you join through a price comparator (including Compare The Market, iSelect, Health Insurance Comparison and Health Deal).
d) The Everyday Rewards Offer is not available to any customers attached to a corporate group including employees [or contractors] of Bupa, or any other Bupa Group company.
e) You acknowledge that Bupa will share some of your personal information with Woolworths for the purpose of Woolworths providing you with the Everyday Rewards Offer. Woolworths handles your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Bupa handles your personal information in accordance with its Information Handling Policy.
f) Everyday Rewards Offer is subject to the Everyday Rewards terms and conditions.
g) If you do not satisfy these terms and conditions before becoming entitled to the Everyday Rewards Offer, then Bupa and/or Woolworths may elect, acting reasonably, not to award you with the Everyday Rewards Offer. If Bupa and/or Woolworths discover that you have not satisfied these terms and conditions after the Everyday Rewards Offer has been awarded, then Bupa and/or Woolworths may decide, acting reasonably, to remove the Everyday Rewards Offer from your account.
h) Bupa and Woolworths reserve the right to alter, shorten the period of, adjust any details of, or cancel the Everyday Rewards Offer or this promotion at any time in their sole discretion.
i) Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Bupa and Woolworths exclude all liability for loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Everyday Rewards Offer, or your participation in this promotion or the Everyday Rewards Offer.

Waiting periods, benefit claiming restrictions, policy and fund rules apply. Excludes orthodontics and in-hospital treatments. For existing Bupa Policy holders who link their Everyday Rewards account, this promotion runs for 60 days from the date you link your Bupa Policy with your Everyday Rewards account. Your accounts must remain linked to enjoy this promotion for the 60 days.
Only one Everyday Rewards membership can be linked per Bupa Policy. The promotion is available at Woolworths Supermarkets, Woolworths Metro and Woolworths Online.
This promotion is personal to you, and will be available only on your Everyday Rewards card. Pricing and stock availability may vary by store.
Existing Bupa Policy holders will receive 5x Everyday Rewards points for every $1 spent during the 60 days on the entire Macro Wholefoods Market and Produce category (i.e., all fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, organic and pre-pack raw fruit and/or vegetable salads) (qualifying products).
An Eligible Bupa Health Insurance Policy is a single; single parent; single parent plus; couple; family or family; plus selected domestic Hospital only; domestic Extras Only; or combined domestic Hospital and Extras product or packaged product issued by Bupa, but excludes Ambulance only products and Overseas Student Health Cover, Overseas Visitors Cover and Short Stay Visitors Cover. Existing Bupa Policy holders must be on an active policy (i.e., not suspended for travelling or financial hardship and not lapsed due to arrears (i.e., over 120 days in arrears)).
Existing Bupa Policy holders who have not enjoyed the promotion yet must add their Bupa membership details to their Everyday Rewards account online or by contacting Everyday Rewards before 30 June 2025. Any qualifying transactions made during the 60 days will qualify for 5x points. 5x points = 1 (one) standard point; and 4 (four) additional points per each $1 spent on the qualifying products.
